Re: Terms needed to complete

Good morning! Great question! If the student needs to take pre-requisites after having enrolled in the nursing program, then count those pre-req's. Any pre-req's or gen ed taking before/beyond/outside of the nursing program shouldn't be counted. For instance, if a student enrolls in the programs but...

Re: Program completion

Good morning! Great question!

Yes, the ultimate number should be an aggregate of all program options, cohorts, etc.

Though we recommend working with/aggregating the raw numbers rather than averaging percentages (or averaging averages).

Thank you!

Re: Program Completion

Great question!

The short answer is Yes, rounding up is the preferred method.

Unless--and I don't know that it's actually something that occurs--a particular student can finish and graduate halfway through a particular semester.

I hope that helps!

Re: Part time faculty

Great question! I would say if the governing organization considers them "faculty" regardless of tenure-track status, then they can be enumerated as faculty. Ultimately, though, regarding faculty numbers and headcount, I would refer to the ACEN glossary's definitions vis a vis faculty, pt/ft, employ...

Re: Faculty Vacant Positions

For that question, enter 0 as the number of faculty vacant positions, and then answer "Yes" regarding whether or not the program is trying to fill all vacancies

Thank you!

Re: Job placement

Great question!

For "Number contacted" please enter only the number of those who responded/provided responses, not the total number of graduates whom contact was attempted.

Re: Admitted applicants

Hello! (And thank you for your patience, by the way)

Yes. For the Annual Report questions regarding "Qualified Applicants Admitted" you can count 'accepted' even if they did not end up enrolling.

Re: Where oh where is Corwyn???

Hi Lisa, He did, actually. It's a harrowing tale fit for Hollywood, but luckily a plucky young woman named Laurie Strode managed to fight him off and rescue me :D (Sorry, had to a drop a "Halloween" reference--couldn't help it) I'm here! I've just been trying to keep up with the deluge of emails, an...

Re: ** Annual Report FAQ **

Hi Shelly, Thank you for asking! In some cases, you are correct. That said, outside of any significant swings in either enrollment or graduation, statistically speaking, the numbers should be on-par. Plus, as you mentioned, if a graduating class isn't surveyed for 12 months, then no data would be av...
